At Autokool Ltd we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why under our 30 day returns guarantee, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. At Autokool Ltd we extend this period to 30 days. This applies to all of our products except for items specially ordered or manufactured at the purchasers request. Items not generally listed on the site and out sourced are also not eligible for return. Special orders, custom made parts and fitted items such as radiators, condensers and receiver driers returned and found to be damaged due to incorrect fitting or damaged during the normal fitting process will not be eligble for refund.
To cancel your purchase within the 30 working day cooling-off period, please use the link provided below to return your item free of charge with Royal Mail Tracked service. There is no need to contact us. You can then return the item in its original packaging in an unused resaleable condition with a copy of the relevant paperwork clearly including your name, address and reason for return.

Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within the 30 day period. We appreciate that delays in the postage system can add time to the returns period so we recommend returning your item as soon as possible upon commencement of the returns process.
Please note that we cannot accept returns if you fail to add the relevant returns information. Return postage costs are free of charge within this 30 day returns window. We we reserve the right to make a charge for items incorrectly returned or with parts missing.
Please note that you will be responsible for the re packaging and ensuring the item(s) are safely handed to the Royal Mail. Items that have been returned insufficiently packaged will be refused.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us. As soon as we receive your returned item, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item subject to inspection. We will not refund any postage either priority, express or courier charges paid in respect of the transaction.

Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for the said item
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund as applicable
We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase.
